First Year Latin, Teacher's Resource (English and Latin Edition)

In planning our first year Latin Program, we included what we felt were the tree main criteria to be considered a first year program. Using a traditional approach, the program: 1. introduces the forms, syntax and vocabulary of the Latin language in a cumulative fashion so the student can proceed in an orderly, systematic fashion to a knowledge of the language; 2. emphasizes the influence of Latin on English and other languages; 3. presents the development of the culture and civilization of Rome
